New smart grid standards from NIST

Earlier we noted that consensus on smart grid standards has been a concern. But this consensus has just taken a step forward.

The National Institutes of Standards and Technology recently announced that its Smart Grid Interoperability Panel published first six entries of its new Catalog of Standards. This technical document is now available as a guide for everyone involved with smart grid technology…
