Insights on consumers and the smart grid

Last month I had the pleasure of participating in a discussion of thought leaders regarding consumer issues and the smart grid at the Connectivity Week Consumer Symposium in San Jose, California. Topics ranged from “listening and collaborating” with consumers to health concerns, privacy and data access, and low-income communities.
