What’s the best way to communicate with utility customers about energy usage, cost?

Consumer confusion or resistance can significantly hinder a smart meter rollout (or any utility initiative). So what’s the best way to communicate with energy consumers?

A new EcoPinion survey (by EcoAlign) suggests that success depends not just what utilities say to consumers, but how they say it. When it comes to communication channels, there’s no silver bullet. A multi-channel, two-way approach is needed.
