Lately eMeter staff have been driving from our San Mateo offices to to other Bay Area locations in the SS eMeter — yes, our company car is an all-electric Nissan Leaf. Generally we haven’t had much concern about driving range or where to charge the battery, since going to San Francisco and back is only about 50 miles.
However, my last trip had some interesting twists that pushed the limits of driving range…
